Would you like to learn more about how your local police departments work to serve you? Butler Township PD is excited to co-host a fall Citizen’s Police Academy with the Vandalia Police Department! The academy is for adults who live or work in the Butler Township and/or Vandalia area to learn more about the departments.

We currently plan to hold the academy on Wednesdays from 6:30pm to 9:00pm beginning September 8, 2021 and ending on October 27, 2021. The sessions will primarily be held at the Butler Township Hall, 3780 Little York Road, although there will be some travel to other locations inside Vandalia and Butler Township for some of the sessions.

Please fill out the application linked below and return it to either Butler Township PD or Vandalia PD. You can also email the completed application to police@butlertownship.com. The deadline to apply is August 31, 2021 at 4:00pm.
