Please use caution and expect delays when traveling through the business district, as construction continues on Miller Lane and Benchwood Road. Phase V began Friday, October 25, which includes asphalt milling on Miller Lane to be followed by final surface course work and Phase IV continues on Benchwood Road, with pavement widening.
