With the current news and recent confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ohio, Butler Township is monitoring the situation and following the advice and recommendations from national and state agencies, as well as Public Health Dayton & Montgomery County. We want to assure you that the health, safety and well-being of our residents, businesses and our employees is of utmost importance during this outbreak.
Butler Township will continue normal business operations at this time, however, we are encouraging residents to utilize the drop box located in the front lobby of the Government Center for trash payments if at all possible.
All health agencies are advising the public to use similar precautions as those to prevent the flu; avoid close contact with sick people, wash hands thoroughly and frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, cover coughs and sneezes, sanitize frequently and stay home from work when sick. Those who are not sick, should not wear masks.
