NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

OAKS OF YORKSHIRE LIGHTING DISTRICT

A petition has been filed with Butler Township, Montgomery County, Ohio,
pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 515, requesting the establishment of a street lighting district for The Oaks of Yorkshire subdivision, Butler Township, Montgomery County, Ohio.

The petition requests that the Board of Trustees of Butler Township establish a lighting district for the purpose of maintaining street lighting along the streets and public ways within the proposed district.

The developer was responsible for the installation costs associated with the proposed street lighting facilities, as well as filing the lighting district petition with Butler Township. The ongoing annual costs of providing and maintaining street lighting service within the district are proposed to be assessed against the benefited properties in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Chapter 515.

The Butler Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing upon the petition
as follows:

At the hearing, the Board of Trustees will hear comments concerning the petition
and proposed street lighting district. The petition and related documents are
available for review at the Butler Township Government Center during regular
business hours.
