Have questions about the proposed Police and Fire/EMS levies?

On May 5, 2026, Butler Township residents will consider two separate public safety levies, one for Police services and one for Fire/EMS services.

To help residents learn more, Butler Township will host several Levy Information Sessions where attendees can hear a brief presentation about the proposed Police and Fire/EMS levies and ask questions. Residents are welcome to attend any session that fits their schedule.

The April 25 Fire & Police Open House will be a more family-friendly event with police and fire equipment available for kids and families to see and explore.

Levy Information Session Schedule:

• Thursday, March 19 | 1:00 – 2:30 PM
• Monday, March 30 | 9:00 – 10:30 AM
• Tuesday, April 7 | 9:00 – 10:30 AM, Coffee with a Cop at Winans
• Wednesday, April 15 | 5:00 – 6:30 PM
• Saturday, April 25 | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Fire & Police Open House
• Tuesday, April 28 | 4:00 – 5:30 PM

All sessions will be held at the Butler Township Meeting Hall, 3780 Little York Rd., except the April 7 Coffee with a Cop session at Winans.
