The Butler Township Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) has scheduled a public hearing at the Butler Township Meeting Hall, located at 3780 Little York Road, Dayton, Ohio 45414, on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., to consider the following case.

Requesting Variances to Article 30, Section 3001, (A.1.b),” Permitted Accessory Uses”, to permit the construction of a 24’ x 30’ (720 sq. ft) detached garage from the required six (6) feet from any principal dwelling structure and Article 30, Section 3001, (A.1.e.) to exceed the 3.5% of the total lot area located at 9031 Stoner Drive. The owners of the property are Lewis & Kathleen Jones.
