The Butler Township Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) has scheduled a public hearing at the Butler Township Meeting Hall, located at 3780 Little York Road, Dayton, Ohio 45414, on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., to consider the following case.

Requesting Variance to Article 33, Section 3304, Residential Off-Street Parking Regulations to allow a second driveway not to be paved but just gravel located at 10515 Kley Road, Vandalia, OH 45377. The owners of the property are Christopher Zackry & Katy Grooms.
