Notice of Public Hearing for Zoning Commission Case #4-25

A public hearing will be held by the Butler Township Board of Trustees at the Township Meeting Hall, 3780 Little York Road, Dayton, Ohio 45414, on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.

Case No. ZC 4-25 requesting to consider a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Modification of the current ‘PD-2’ Planned Commercial Development’ for a proposed Automobile Washing Facility. The subject property is located at 3311 Benchwood Road, Parcel ID #A01 25927 0002 on 1.181 acres, (old Frisch’s Restaurant). The applicant is Joe Bertucci, agent for Flying Ace Car Wash, 13375 National Road, SE, Suite D, Reynoldsburg, OH 40368.
