The Butler Township Zoning Commission has scheduled a public hearing at the Buter Township Meeting Hall, located at 3780 Little York Rd. Dayton, Ohio 45414, on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 6:30 PM., to consider the following:

Case No. ZC 5-25-  Clayton Properties Group, Inc. dba Arbor Homes, 9050 Center Pointe Dr. Suite 210, West Chester, OH 45069, requesting a zoning district classification change from “R-1”, Single-Family Residential District, to “PD-1”, Planned Residential District on parcel A01 00301 0027 & A01 00301 0104 along Dog Leg Rd. that will include 247 single-family homes on 89.881 acres (2.74 homes per acre), and to include 30.459 acres of open green space with walking trail, playground, and pond.

 Case No. ZC 6-25- A Zoning Resolution text amendment initiated by the Butler Township Board of Trustees at their meeting on October 28, 2025, to amend Article 1 “General Regulations”. This amendment will add Section 102 (A)(5) prohibiting the cultivating, processing, distributing, and selling of “adult use” or medical marijuana in all zoning districts of Butler Township.
